He is a financial advisor par excellence; hence to utilize his skills he moved to Qatar, where he held various finance related positions ranging from Accountant to Finance Manager. But, when he realized the potential of U.A.E. as a business hub, he moved to Dubai and formed the Moon Home Group of companies, of which he continues to be the Managing Director, till date. He is a First Generation entrepreneur and is gifted with excellent business acumen. Mr. Farhan is a typical Mumbaiite, born and brought up in Mumbai; he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical (B.E.) from Mumbai University and followed it up with a Masters of Management Studies in Operations Management (M. M. S.) again from the same University. Post education, this youngster worked for multinationals like ICICI Bank & Jabil Inc., but his proactive attitude and his thirst for realizing his full potential made him look for bigger challenges. One meeting with the Mr. Qamar, convinced him that this was the opportunity he had been waiting for, and he decided to move base to Dubai. He joined Moon Home Group as Marketing & Operations Manager where he contributed greatly for around 3 years. When the idea of KokanWorld came up he took up the challenge and agreed to head the whole team under the guidance of Mr. Qamar and help from all the directors. Mr. Sameer was born and brought up in Kuwait, where he completed his S.S.C. and moved to Mumbai to complete his Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com.). Thereafter he joined Dr. A. R. Undre High School as teacher, where he worked for approximately nine years. Looking for further development, he moved to Dubai in the year 2000 and started working as Accountant in a company. In the year 2006, he joined Moon Home Group of Companies, as Sales Manager where through his hard work he got promoted to the position of Director of the Moon Home Group. He continued until he joined the Kokan World team. He is a very hard working individual with an eye for detail. Mr. Faheem comes from the commercial capital of India – Mumbai. He completed his Diploma in Digital Electronics (D. Engg.) from Mumbai and followed it up with a Masters Diploma in Software Engineering (M.D.S.E.) from Aptech, Mumbai. After that for almost seven years, he worked as a Network Administrator cum Programmer for a Multinational company in Saudi Arabia. His pursuit for personal development prompted him to move ahead in search of better avenues for career advancement, leading him to Dubai. He came to Dubai in the 2004 and joined Moon Home Group of Companies, where he shouldered various responsibilities. He is a fun loving and jovial person and is very popular amongst his colleagues and subordinates; especially for roaring laughter. Mr. Rashid is a live example of Young Kokani Achievers, who have conquered territories far and wide. From his humble beginnings from the small village of Dhamandevi, in Chiplun Taluka, Ratnagiri District to being the Director of Moon Home Group, he has demonstrated that hard – work and positive attitude can take you a long way. Even before he completed his studies, he was involved in his father’s business in Chiplun. Mr. Abdul Khaliq has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B. Tech.) and extensive knowledge of Computer Programming and Web Designing tools and soft wares. After completing his Bachelors degree, he started working for Web designing company in Hyderabad and thereafter he moved to Dubai, to expand his horizons. He is the youngest brain in the Kokan World team but brings immense professional experience and expertise. He was in the winning team of “Best Property Portal for CNBC Residential Awards – 2009” for his project www.propertystop.ae , a great achievement at such a tender age.
